• Participant must reside at or own and currently have a City of Allen water utility account in good standing for the property where installation of qualifying item is to occur. This program is for residents only. Commercial requests are not eligible.
• Only new, qualifying washing machine models are eligible for rebate. New high-water-efficiency qualifying washing machine must replace a low-water-efficiency washing machine or be a first-time washer purchase. A list of qualifying washing machines is available at CityofAllen.org/Rebates. Only front-load washers qualify for this rebate.
• Applications must be received within one year of purchase of eligible water conserving item. Rebates are processed in the order they are received and are first come, first served. Incomplete applications will not be processed until they are complete. All rebates are subject to the availability of funds. Please check CityofAllen.org/Rebates to ensure funds are available for your rebate.
• The washing machine rebate amount is $75 for a qualifying washing machine.
• Limit one washing machine rebate per family lifetime as Allen resident at any address.
• No participant shall receive more than $500 in one year from the City of Allen rebate program for any combination of eligible items.

I have read, understand and agree to the following:

• I agree to keep the water-efficient washing machine in place at the address listed on this application as long as I own said property.
• I understand when my application is processed, a City of Allen representative may contact me to verify the installation of my new water-efficient washing machine before my rebate is issued. 
• In accepting this rebate, I acknowledge the City of Allen is in no way responsible for the condition of the plumbing on my side of the meter, now or in the future.
• I understand that qualifying items are selected based on water efficiency only. City of Allen does not endorse specific brands, products or dealers; nor does it guarantee materials, workmanship, performance or durability of the qualifying items. 
• I understand I may receive reimbursements not to exceed the amount outlined in the program guidelines. Processing of completed applications takes approximately 12 weeks. Once processing is complete and the rebate is approved, a credit will appear on my utility bill. 
• I certify that the information on this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
